    Not much. But, welcome anyhow.

I am the Program Director for the Friends of Black Rock High Rock: http:blackrockdesert.org I am no longer a VISTA... I'm in the AmeriCorps state program.

We have a VISTA who is the Volunteer Coordinator. What are you doing?

I am serving primarily with a low-income community on an Ojibwa reservation. My focuses are in nutritional education, healthy lifestyles and green technology. My main project/dream for the year is design/building a strawbale greenhouse for the community to have free access to fresh organic produce and traditional medicines on a year-round basis. I'm still kinda fresh into my service, and there is some ongoing political turmoil within the sovereign nation that I serve, but things look promising for the year.
